Product Information

The robust FlexMeasure-S was developed especially for measuring currents in high-voltage line in passenger vehicles. Due to the flexible connecting options, the ISI current inline can be integrated in existing circuits of up to 60A without problems. The measuring values are exported as analog signal with a measuring output voltage of 0 V to ±10 V via a BNC socket.

The current measurement is conducted internally by a Hall sensor. Therefore, voltage drops as they can occur in shunt measurements are to be disregarded when using the FlexMeasure-S.

With its 2 internal connectors, the FlexMeasure-S is suitable for current measurement on 2-wire high-voltage cables that can be can be comfortably attached to the measuring system with the help of cable lugs and due to the demountable lid.

The two cable glands (type blueglobe TR I) for cable outside-diameter of 9 to 14 mm warrant the secure seal and strain-relief as well as a good contact between cable shield and casing.
