This series of products allows to integrate some IEC61850 devices into a Serial network.
The HD67755-A1 is an IEC 61850 Server / Serial Converter so you can connect an IEC 61850 Client network (for example a SCADA, HMI etc..) and interface this by Serial in order to exchange informations between the nets.
The HD67780-A1 is an IEC 61850 Client / Ethernet Converter so you can connect an IEC 61850 Server network (for example a Meters, Switces etc..) and interface this by Serial in order to exchange informations between the networks.
