Visualized Drivetrain Training System
This equipment is built based on a Toyota hybrid vehicle (PRIUS C), integrating the engine system, power split device (PSD), high- and low-voltage electrical systems, and HV battery modules to create a complete hybrid drivetrain training and demonstration platform.
Through multiple dissection points, the internal engine components (such as pistons, connecting rods, crankshaft, and valve mechanisms) and the power distribution mechanism of the power split device (MG1, MG2, planetary gear sets, etc.) are clearly exposed. Color-coded components further enhance intuitive learning and understanding.
The system is driven by a reduction motor, simulating the operation of both the engine and electric motors, with LED light strips indicating operational status. Learners can directly observe the interaction between different systems in real time.
The platform features a mobile industrial-grade frame with anti-rust treatment and safety guards, making it suitable for automotive engineering courses, vocational training, and technical education programs.
