Electronic Braking Training Modules

Part No.: MP-EBS-Module
EBS System Operation Training

Product Description

Description

This training module is based on a modern Electronic Brake System (EBS) and integrates the Bosch iBooster, Raptor Brake Controller GCM48, brake proportioning valves, brake calipers, motors and motor controllers, hydraulic lines, and wheels, with support for CAN Bus control via a PCAN-USB interface.

The module can simulate brake operations under realistic driving conditions. Learners can engage the brake pedal or send CAN Bus commands to observe wheel speed variations and brake feedback responses. The system safely demonstrates the fundamental functions of an electric braking system, including wheel speed control, brake force feedback, and overall system operational logic.

Designed with modularity and stability in mind, this module is ideal for automotive engineering courses and vocational education, helping students understand the composition, operation, and control principles of modern electronic brake systems.
