Xeltek Superior In-System Gang Programmer with 16 Channels
The SuperPro IS416N is a universal in-system programming (ISP) gang programmer designed for high-volume production, automated test integration, and reliable PCB panel programming. It supports devices across most common serial protocols and can program up to 16 serial devices simultaneously.
SuperPro IS416N also supports up to four parallel devices, including eMMC, NAND Flash, and NOR Flash, in-system at the same time. With USB 2.0, network remote control, and stand-alone operation, it is ideal for production environments, engineering labs, field service, and third-party system integration.
PCB Panel Programming
Designed for programming multiple devices directly on assembled PCB panels.
ATE, FCT, ICT Integration
Suitable for automated test fixtures, functional test systems, and in-circuit test equipment.
High-Volume Production
Supports gang programming workflows for manufacturing and production programming stations.
Field Service & Repair
Useful for firmware updates, repair, and service applications for automotive, HVAC, industrial, and embedded electronics.
Ultra-Fast Programming Speed
Semiconductor-manufacturer-approved algorithms, clean signal integrity, and FPGA-based state-machine architecture help deliver high programming yield and fast ISP performance while minimizing overshoot and ground bounce.
Up to 16-Channel ISP Gang Programming
Supports MCUs, serial Flash, EEPROMs, and high-pin-count parallel devices such as eMMC, NAND Flash, and NOR Flash. Serial devices can be programmed across all 16 channels.
Scalable Expansion
Up to 16 programmers can be connected to a single PC or operated independently in stand-alone mode for flexible production expansion.
Mass Production Mode
Automatically starts programming when the target board is detected, enabling hands-free, high-throughput manufacturing workflows using TPIN/TPOUT trigger signals.
SuperPro IS416N supports USB 2.0, network remote control, and stand-alone operation.
SuperPro IS416N includes powerful yet easy-to-use programming software designed for production operators and engineering teams. The interface is built for simple operation with minimal training while still supporting advanced programming and production control functions.

Project Files
Project Files store all programming settings and preparation data. Users can save and restore their work environment for convenient project management.
A Project File includes the device type, Buffer data, Operation Option settings, Configuration Bits, and batch commands. Project Files can also be password protected to enhance security and reliability, especially when operated by untrained personnel.
Project Group: Batch Operation of Multiple Project Files
The Project Group feature in SuperPro IS416 software allows multiple Project Files to be organized and executed as a batch. Multiple chips can be programmed simultaneously, making it suitable for production environments.
Project Group is available on all SuperPro ISP models.
For other ISP programmers, programming two chips with a single programmer may require an external demultiplexer. This approach can increase programming time, cause signal interference, and add hardware and labor costs, making it less suitable for high-volume production.
Super Scale Project Group
Complex PCBAs or multiple interconnected PCBAs may require multiple programmers to operate together.
Super Scale Project Group manages the overall workflow across multiple programmers, enabling coordinated programming operations for complex production setups.
Auto Function
The Auto Function combines multiple programming operations into a single sequential process, including:
Each operation is executed automatically in the specified order, similar to a batch command.
Production Statistics
Production information can be recorded in Log Files before the program exits. These Log Files can be used to track programming results, monitor production quality, and support quality management.
Factory Mode
Factory Mode is designed for high-volume production environments.
To prevent operator errors that could damage chips or write incorrect data, SuperPro operates in Auto Function mode. Administrators can also set a password to prevent unauthorized access to the system.
XPlayer
SuperPro IS416 supports JAM, SVF, and STP files from ACTEL, Xilinx, and ALTERA.
It also supports Direct C files from ACTEL. STP and JAM files can be generated using design tools such as ISE and Quartus II.
Auto Recognition of File Types
SuperPro IS416 supports a wide range of common file formats with automatic file type recognition, including:
Auto Increment of Serial Numbers
SuperPro IS416 supports automatic generation of electronic serial numbers.
Users can enable Auto Increment in the Operation Option settings and assign a unique serial number to each device. After each successful programming operation, the software automatically increments the serial number according to the specified increment mode.
The Barcode Management function is also available, allowing users to complete setup tasks by scanning barcodes on the job sheet.
Copyright Protection
SuperPro IS416 provides multiple security features to protect programming data and production processes, including:
