Scenario A:

Equipment:

1. UWB Stationary Beacon (UTAG-SL90)
2. UWB Forklift Beacon (UTAG-SL90F)

How it works:

• Stationary beacon (UTAG-SL90) detects the forklift beacons and trigger visual and audible alerts.
• Forklift beacons (UTAG-SL90F) detect each other and active alerts when within range.
• Alerts turn off automatically when beacons move out of detection range.

Detection range are adjustable from 1 to 100

Scenario B:

Equipment:

1. UWB Forklift Beacon (UTAG-SL90F)
2. UWB Personnel Tags (UTAG-9056 / UTAG-7351 / UTAG-5136 / UTAG-H04)

How it works:

• Personnel tags (card, watch, object, hard hat) provide audible and haptic feedback.
• Forklift beacon (UTAG-SL90F) detects personnel tag and triggers visual and audible alerts.
• Two or more forklift beacons (UTAG - SL90F) detect each other and trigger alerts.
• Alert turns off automatically when forklift and stationary beacons move out of range.

Detection range are adjustable from 1 to 100

How it works:

• Combine scenario A and B for complete coverage.
• Stationary beacon detect forklift beacons and trigger alerts.
• Forklift beacon detects: personnel tags, stationary beacons and other forklift beacons - triggering alerts.
• Personnel tags provide audible and haptic feedback.
• Alert turns off automatically when forklift and stationary beacons move out of range.

2. UWB Forklift Beacon (UTAG-SL90F)

4. UWB DATA Gateway (UWB-02 / UWB-04)

How it works:

(Preset detection distance: 10 meter, adjustable from 1 to 100 meters)

• Stationary and forklift beacons trigger visual and audible alerts when a forklift enters the detection zone.
• Forklift beacon detect other forklift beacons and trigger visual and audible alerts.
• Alerts turn off automatically when forklifts move out of range.
• Detection distance is user adjustable from 1 to 100 meters (default preset: 10 meters).

The UWB DATA gateway collects data and sends it to the designated server for monitoring and analysis 

1. Traffic monitoring: Monitor forklift movement and frequency.
2. Roll call: Check device operational status.
3. Localization: Real-time positioning, search and tracking.
